1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Easy Life Grow India Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering as an Independent Distributor (Member) and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.
Easy Life operates as a Direct Selling (MLM) entity focused on authentic Ayurvedic products. Our mission is to bridge the gap between health and financial stability.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To become a member, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide valid KYC documents (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and a Cancelled Cheque) for verification and payout processing.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Your Member ID is permanent and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Income Plans & Disclaimers
Easy Life offers multiple income streams: Matching Income, Bonus Income, Fire Income, and Regarding Income. Rewards and ranks (from QSC Star to Mercury) are based on specific team-building achievements (Left/Right legs).
Income Disclaimer: Easy Life does not guarantee any specific income. All earnings are strictly performance-based. The "Power of Team" charts and reward structures are illustrative and depend entirely on individual effort and team growth. We do not promise "get rich quick" results.
4. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
As an Independent Distributor, you agree NOT to:
- Make false or misleading claims about our Ayurvedic products (e.g., claiming they cure incurable diseases).
- Promise guaranteed income or "fixed returns" to prospective recruits.
- Engage in spamming, poaching, or cross-recruiting members from other lines.
- Use the Easy Life logo or branding without written permission.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of pending payouts.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Product returns are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, products must be returned within the specified timeframe in their original, unopened packaging. Joining fees or administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Legal & Governing Law
Easy Life Grow India Pvt. Ltd. is a registered entity under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CIN: U47900HR2024PTC124096) and holds a valid Udyam Registration (MSME) and Income Tax PAN/TAN.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
7. Modifications
Easy Life reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Compensation Plan, or Product pricing at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
